Front facing cameras have just arrived on Windows Phone, but we mostly know these as gimmicks, which while essential for keeping up with the smartphones Joneses, will in fact be rarely used in real life.
Arrive stage left then is Mirror, a free app by Martin Suchan which I think will actually find a lot more use, if only to check that you do not have any spinach stuck in your teeth.
