Mint for Windows Phone closed beta starting in 1-2 weeks

imageIt seems the long teased Mint for Windows Phone app is slowly getting closer to release.

Mint.com is a free web-based personal financial management service for the US and Canada[ that provides account aggregation using Intuit for connecting to accounts.

The service allows users to track bank, credit card, investment, and loan transactions and balances through a single user interface. Users can also make budgets and goals, like saving $1000. Users also have the option to manually enter cash or check transactions.

We last heard about the app in August, when it was scheduled for a December or January release.

It seems the app is on track, with the sign-up page for the Mint beta for Windows saying:

While not instagram the app is rather high profile, and its arrival on Windows Phone would tick another major box for the OS.
