Microsoft’s new studio, The Initiative, has picked up God of War’s Chris O’Neill.
Since it’s conception back in 2018, the company has been picking up prolific developers left, right and center. Spearheaded by former Crystal Dynamics head Darell Gallagher, the studio is aiming to become a powerhouse for AAA games.
With O’Neill, the lead designer for God of War, on board with the studio, this might end up being one of the most talent-filled companies out there.
The Initiative has also picked up developers from Rockstar, Sledgehammer, Crystal Dynamics and even Rooster Teeth.
