Microsoft’s StaffHub app on Android gets new features

Microsoft has updated its StaffHub app on the Google Play Store with a couple of new features that make managing your work shifts even easier. StaffHub, for those unfamiliar, is Microsoft’s new Office 365 service that lets businesses manage the different work shifts for their employees using its web app, and mobile apps. Employees of a business can also the app to see what their shifts are, swap their shifts with other members, or even communicate with each other right from the app.

The company is adding the ability to customize notifications, which means you can now choose what type of notifications you want to receive and what notifications you would rather ignore. Microsoft is also adding another crucial feature to the app with the latest update, which lets you swap any of your shifts with another team member right from the app which is really neat.

Here’s the full changelog:

  • Customize StaffHub notifications by visiting “Settings” in the left menu. You can now easily change your shift reminder and when you receive notifications.
  • You can now swap or offer your time off to anyone in your team using our swap or offer feature.
  • Catch up on the latest conversation quickly with our “Jump to last unread” and new messages indicators

The latest new features for StaffHub is available with the version 1.27.0, and you can get it from the Google Play Store here.
