Microsoft’s Oxford Circus Store gets tentative opening date

We have been following the slow progress of Microsoft first European flagship Store, which has been nearly 10 years in incubation.

We reported earlier that the Oxford Street Store in London, has started hiring support staff, according to a number of LinkedIn job ads.

Now The Telegraph reports that the Store is set for a Summer opening, presumably in a few months time.

When approached for comment Microsoft said they were “not ready to share any dates at this time” though employees had confirmed the opening is planned for sometime this year.
