Outlook

Send accessible mail to those who need it most

Lead your organization in inclusion! When enabled, sending an email to a user within your organization may prompt you to investigate and resolve accessibility gaps. For example, if a recipient has the MailTip enabled, you may receive a suggestion to enable ALT text for images to benefit users with screen readers.

To set up the Accessibility MailTip, first go to Outlook on the Web. You can find your OWA link on the File ribbon tab, under Account Settings. Go to Settings > View All Outlook Settings > General: Accessibility and select the checkbox.
