Microsoft has recently made some user interface improvements to Outlook.com for some users. The company has recently removed Facebook and Google integration from Outlook.com as well. Now, according to a new report from The Verge, Microsoft is migrating Outlook.com users to Office 365. That means that the migration will allow Microsoft to align its Office 365, Exchange and Outlook platforms and make the experience even more consistent. The Verge has also shared an image showing how Outlook.com may look in the future:
This migration will majorly help Microsoft to add more features and improvements to Outlook.com – and for developers, it’ll also be very good as they’ll be able to allow Outlook.com use their add-ins on the web and mobile.
Are you looking forward to the migration? Discuss in the comment section below.
