Microsoft has pushed a new update to its tasks management app, Microsoft To Do for Android. The update brings an important new feature and a lot of bug fixes.

With the latest update installed, you’ll need to tap on the blank space of the app widget and that will open the app for you. This feature is going to be handy to quickly go to the app in case you want to change app settings really quickly — all it needs is just a single tap on the app widget.

Aside from that, the update brings a ton of bug fixes and performance improvements. You can see the official changelog below.

What’s new

  • If you click on the empty space within the widget, we’ll now open the app for you.
  • We fixed a number of crashes that were causing you issues.
  • After our big launch in the last update, we took some time to focus on the little things. What does that mean? Small improvements and bug fixes, including accessibility fixes.
