At Mobile World Congress today Microsoft showed off new screen shots of their new Universal Browser Project Spartan.

The app has a new design, and as can be seen in the screen shots above the controls and address bar are now on the top rather than on the bottom of the screen.

Microsoft also showed off Reading Lists on Windows 10 Mobile, which integrates with the browser, and delivers a clean, distraction-free experience, including the ability to change the background colour.
