Microsoft is now sending special Mobile World Congress invites to select Windows Insider program members. To check whether you are one among them, open the Windows Insider app in Windows 10 Technical Preview, you will have a notification regarding the same. This MWC invite will give your access to week long MWC events including a private Windows Insider dinner, Windows Insider events and other perks.
