Microsoft has released a bunch of new updates for some of the Windows 10 apps. The company has released new updates for Groove Music, Microsoft Photos, Movies & TV, Word Mobile, PowerPoint Mobile, Excel Mobile and OneNote. The latest updates for the apps are minor ones, and they don’t bring any new feature. However, we suspect the updates bring under the hood improvements such as bug fixes and performance improvements.

It’s worth noting that Microsoft may not add any major feature for these apps in the next couple of weeks as the company is working pretty hard on Threshold 2 (aka Wave 2) which is expected to get rolled out in November. The Threshold 2 update will mostly focus on performance improvements, as well as stability improvements. Alongside bug fixes and other improvements, Threshold 2 is also expected to bring some new goodies such as Extensions support for Edge, and more.
