Microsoft today updated their Photos app for Windows 10 devices. This updated v918.14122 of the app includes the ability to create albums from your mobile device. With this new feature, you can tap the [+] symbol in the bottom of the Albums page and select the photos you want for your album. This feature is now available on Windows 10 PCs too.
