Microsoft Outlook for iPhone gets updated with new features

Microsoft today released a new update for Outlook for iPhone. the latest update is a pretty minor one, but it does bring a couple of new features. With the latest update, the app gets the ability to directly share text, photos, and links from other apps by invoking Outlook’s compose new email screen. Here’s the full changelog for Version 1.3.1 of Outlook for iPhone:

  • With this release of Outlook you are able to directly share text, photos, and links from other apps by invoking Outlook’s compose new email screen.
  • Text and links will be inserted automatically into the email body, and photos will be inserted as attachments.
