Wunderlist for Windows 10 PCs was released months ago, the Windows 10 Mobile app has been a bit less forthcoming. While Microsoft has announced the existence of the app and promised a preview of the app would follow shortly, there has been no more news on that front for over half a year now – until today.

In response to a query on twitter, the official Wunderlist help account apologised for the delay and stated that the forthcoming update would be “pretty big”.

While a Universal Windows app for Wunderlist is desirable, we can’t help but wonder if the firm is hinting at a bigger update to come for the PC version as well. After all, the Wunderlist update for Windows 10 only brought with it a prettier app and Cortana integration. While both of those are nice to have, they don’t merit being called “pretty big”. Could Microsoft be working on integrating Wunderlist into their Mail apps like on iOS on Android among other productivity enhancing features? We don’t know, but we’re interested in finding out.
