It’s been a little while since Microsoft released a new Windows 10 Mobile build to Insiders. Recently, Microsoft’s Gabriel Aul confirmed on Twitter that the company is currently testing Build 10559. As you may expect, he didn’t reveal anything about what’s new. However, we can confirm that Build 10559 includes the new universal Skype apps (pre-installed) — which means, we should see the new Skype apps for Windows 10 PCs sometime soon, too.
@sai_patro @iheartinfotech 10559 is in internal Fast ring now.

Alongside the addition of the new Skype apps, build 10559 should also pack some improvements for Microsoft Edge. For now, we don’t know if Microsoft is planning to release Build 10559 to Insiders — however, Microsoft should release a new build sometime soon (maybe after the company’s Windows 10 Devices event).
