Microsoft may not be having the best of luck in the consumer market recently, with massive pressure from Apple in particular in Q4 last year.
In the enterprise market things are doing a lot better however, at least in UK.
Mobile News reports that, according to analyst company Canalys, Microsoft currently holds 25.6% of the Business to Business market, up from 21% in Q3 and 19% in Q2 2014.
Windows Phones have a significant security advantage over Android and a massive price advantage over iOS, while offering better back end integration with Microsoft services than both.
Microsoft set itself the goal of being number 1 in 12 months in June 2014, and while Apple is still the leader with 29% of the market, it seems with such progress that goal is still within reach.
