The Lumia 735 may be a bit long in the tooth now, but Microsoft is getting every mile out of it. Months after launching in other countries, the device is finally making its way stateside to Verizon Wireless on the 11th of June according to an anonymous tip on Reddit.
WMPU also learned from the same anonymous tipster that the device had just shown up in the system logs indicating an imminent announcement although they weren’t sure whether it was an online first launch like the Lancet or an all channels launch.
For those unfamiliar, the Lumia 735 features a 4.7 inch 720p HD screen, 1 GB of RAM and a 5 MP FFC – similarly to the 640 and 830. It will presumably launch with. No word on pricing has been given, but the device would be a good one to round out Verizon’s Windows Phone range with the HTC One M8 on the top, the Microsoft Lumia 735 in the mid-range and the LG Lancet bringing up the rear.
