Microsoft is offering savings on Xbox One S and Xbox One X consoles this month

If you were waiting until E3 to buy a new console just in case Microsoft would be offering any discounts, you won’t need to wait until June. Just ahead of this year’s expo, Microsoft is kicking off two weeks of deals on Xbox One S and Xbox One X consoles starting this week.

According to the announcement, Xbox One S bundles will be available for $249—a savings of $50—between May 13 and May 19. Though you can pick up the PUBG bundle or any other bundle being offered, with State of Decay 2 on the horizon, it may be wise to pick up the Xbox One S bundle that includes 3 months of Xbox Game Pass.

Then starting on May 20 and lasting through May 26, your purchase of an Xbox One X system will snag you a $50 gift card at participating retailers. Those hesitant about upgrading consoles may find this particular deal appealing.

Whichever you end up buying, you’re getting a good deal either way. Now we just wait until E3 to see what games Xbox has in store for us.
