Microsoft has finalized Windows 8.1 Update and already sharing the update images with OEMs to install in the new PCs. Microsoft itself has leaked the update via its own servers quite a few times now. Read about how to download it yourself here. In a leaked document about Windows 8.1 update Microsoft sent to OEMs, we have come to know about a new information. Microsoft is now encouraging OEMs to pre-install OneNote app. Microsoft will also pin OneNote app in the Start screen. If OEMs is not installing OneNote app, then there will be blank space in the Start screen due to the absence of the OneNote tile.
