Microsoft today announced that they are enabling Adobe Flash content to run by default in Internet Explorer both in Windows 8 and Windows RT devices. Microsoft believes that the vast majority of sites with Flash content are now compatible with the Windows experience for touch, performance, and battery life. Also the existing Compatibility View (CV) list now takes the opposite role, it now blocks Flash content in the small number of sites that are still incompatible with the Windows experience.
