This morning Microsoft posted a series of teaser videos of users in group therapy expressing frustration with Siri, such as that she is not spontaneous and doesn’t understand anything about them.
Microsoft has now posted a longer 2 minute video of the session, where users complain some more, suggesting Siri does not understand speech very well, and never offers up any suggestions spontaneously.
The video ends with a suggestion that a Nokia Lumia 635 with Cortana may be a better solution.
While somewhat funny, we wonder what a Windows Phone user is doing in the therapy session. Possible a Microsoft plant?
