Microsoft launched the Surface 3 just a few months ago. Today, the company is announcing the Surface 3 4G LTE variant. The LTE variant will allow users to connect to the internet via 4G on their device. The 4G model will be available on July 3rd in the United Kingdom and Germany. The device will be available to business customers from Deutsche Telekom in Germany, O2 in the United Kingdom and Orange Business Services in France.
Microsoft states that the company is bringing the devices to more countries in Europe soon, including France and Spain. Unfortunately though, there isn’t any exact release date for that jut yet. Additionally, the company is also planning to offer Surface 3 LTE at retail stores and commercial resellers in the United States, United Kingdom, France and Germany in the coming weeks.
For those wondering, Microsoft will be offering the 64GB and 128GB variant of the Surface 3 which comes with 4GB of RAM and Windows 8.1 – as stated earlier, users will be able to upgrade to Windows 10 on July 29th.
