Microsoft today announced the most affordable Lumia to date, Lumia 430 Dual SIM. It comes with a price tag of just 70 USD. It is powered by a dual-core 1.2 GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon processor, a 4-inch display, and 1 GB of RAM. It comes with 8 GB of internal storage, with the option to upgrade further using MicroSD of up to 128 GB. It comes in either bright orange and black colors. The device will be available in APAC, IMEA, Russia, Kazakhstan, Ukraine and Belarus from April.
