Earlier this week, Microsoft released the first Redstone 2 for Windows 10 Mobile devices. The company pushed out build 14905 to Windows Insiders in the Fast Ring. Unfortunately, some Windows Insiders weren’t able to get the update on their Windows 10 Mobile devices. Following several reports from Windows Insiders, Microsoft’s Dona Sarker confirmed the issue on Twitter, stating that the company is investigating the issue:
Hey #WindowsInsiders who are not getting the Mobile Fast Ring update today, we are investigating. I'll let you know with more details.

Two days later, Microsoft has fixed the issue. If you weren’t able to get build 14905, you should be able to get the build:
Hey #WindowsInsiders : those of you opted into Fast Ring should be receiving the build now. Thank you and have an amazing weekend! <3

In case you are wondering, build 14905 doesn’t include any major new features apart from some changes for Sounds in the OS. Microsoft has updated some of the sounds throughout the OS with build 14905, which do sound slightly better than the previous ones.
As per usual, if you want to get the latest build, just open up the Settings app on your Windows 10 Mobile device, go to the Update & Security section, and check for updates.
