Popular taxi service Meru Cabs have added support for more mobile wallets to their app.
The app now support Mobikwik and Paytm, meaning users will now have even more ways to pay for their cab with their Windows Phone.
“This is a great example of how we will connect over 17 million MobiKwik users and thousands of Meru users to give a seamless experience of hailing a Meru and paying via MobiKwik; which is an easy, fast and safe way to transact,” MobiKwik Founder and CEO Bipin Preet Singh said.
The service is available in 23 cities, including Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai, Kolkata, Gurgaon, Noida, Jaipur, Ahmedabad, Vadodara, Surat, Pune, Chandigarh, Visakhapatnam, Bhubaneswar, Mysore, Jodhpur, Udaipur, Indore, Ludhiana, Coimbatore, and Kochi.
It lets you book via your phone, track your cab as it approaches and gives you detailed information about your driver, including his photo.
It features one tap booking and will also let you book a whole week in advance.
