It seems besides bringing us a new OS Windows 10 Mobile will also be bringing new OEMs.
NPU reports that a new Octa-core Windows 10 Mobile handset has been seen passing through the Basemark benchmarking site.
The handset features an Octa-core processor, 720P screen and runs Windows NT 8.15 ie Windows 10 Mobile.
The OEM is MDG, a company I cant seem to find much details on, but likely hails from the East.
Despite the Octa-core processor the 720P screen indicates we are not looking at a flagship, and the performance of the device in the benchmark is still lower than the Lumia 930. NPU suggests we may be looking at Snapdragon 615 chip, which is Qualcomm’s first Octa-core processor.
The first Windows 10 Mobile handsets are expected to hit shelves in Q4 2015.Source Via
