Marketplace developers start getting first pay-out

It seems Windows Phone 7 marketplace developers are finally starting to receive some cash, with Andy Beaulieu, dev for DroppyPop tweeting that he has started receiving pay-outs from Microsoft.

He also notes however that Microsoft’s reporting is still not saying anything about money being sendt out, meaning developers will basically have to keep an eye on their account to see if any cash shows up.

It is likely the first batch of pay-outs will not be very impressive, but in about 3-6 months, when the Windows phone 7 installed base hits 5-10 million, developers should be a lot happier.
