A few days ago we had some screen shots of MacroPod, the first Gowalla client for Windows phone 7.
The developer has now added a video demo of the software in action. The software appears to support most features of the checking in software, but appears to borrow a bit more from the official Gowalla iPhone client than Metro itself.
We expect the app to hit Marketplace soon, to be followed soon after by Gowalla’s official effort, but of course the whole effort may soon be obsoleted when native support for Facebook Places pop up in Windows Phone 7 in 6 months.
