Lync Android App

Microsoft today released an update to Lync 2013 app for Android devices in Play Store. This v5.4 update brings in support for Android tablets, ability to start group chat from conversations and more. Find the full change log below. Lync 2013 for Android extends the power of Lync to your mobile device – including voice & video over wireless, rich presence, instant messaging, conferencing, and calling features from a single, easy-to-use interface.

What’s new in version 5.4:

– Tablet support (excludes Tegra2 based devices)

– Add participants into an ongoing conversation (IM or Lync Meeting)

– Start an ad-hoc group conversation

– Bug fixes
