At CES earlier this month, Lenovo announced the MIIX 2 10-inch Windows tablet. Even though it was expected only in March, it was listed in Lenovo.com today with a reasonable price tag. The 10-inch MIIX 2 weighs only 1.3 lbs. and is only 0.36-inches thick. It comes with a new 64-bit enabled quad-core Intel Atom processor 1, a full HD 1920×1200 10-point touchscreen display, Wi-Fi (and optional 3G), JBL surround speakers for great sounding audio, up to 128GB of eMMC storage and a microSD slot for adding up to 32GB of storage . The 10-inch MIIX 2 also comes with a 720p high resolution 2 megapixel front and 5 megapixel rear cameras. And it has all day battery life.
It comes in Silver Grey color and have a mini HDMI port to display content on larger screens, an SD card reader, micro USB port and microSD cards along with USB 2.0 support on the keyboard. The 10-inch MIIX 2 will start at $499 (U.S.)
Currently, Lenovo.com is listing only the 128GB model which will cost $699.
