Lenovo launches a smart clock with Google Assistant integration at the CES 2019

Lenovo in collaboration with Google has announced its first smart clock powered by Google Assistant at the CES 2019. With the latest launch, Lenovo plans to expand its smart home lineup which currently comprises of Lenovo Smart Display and the Lenovo Smart Home Essentials.

Lenovo smart clock comes with a 4-inch touchscreen and uses the same fabric used by Google for its Home lineup. Apart from setting alarms and telling the time, Lenovo Smart Clock can charge your devices, play music, and even be set up with a Google Assistant Routine, so your devices go on silent mode or turn off with a simple voice command. The smart clock also comes with a 6W speaker for playing music and supports over 10,000 products and 1,000 partners and brands including Chromecast.

The Lenovo Smart Clock is priced at $79.99 and will start shipping in the spring of 2019. There is no word on the worldwide availability right now.
