A change at the YouTube backend broke HD video streaming for many YouTube clients.
LazyWorm has written to let us know that Version 2.5 of their LazyTube software has just completed certification and is now available in Marketplace, and fixes this issue.
The app also now features a new volume slider in the playback player and the ability to optionally sync video history with the ‘Music & Video’ hub.
An update for the free version of their app, simply called ‘YouTube’, is also going through certification and will also fix the issue there.
LazyTube can be found in Marketplace here.
