Top Hat Studios has announced that Labyrinth of the Demon King, a retro-inspired dungeon crawler set in a mythologized version of feudal Japan, will release on Xbox Series X|S and Xbox One on May 13. Developed by J.R. Hudepohl, the game blends first-person dungeon crawling, action RPG mechanics, and survival horror elements to deliver a challenging and atmospheric experience.

Players step into the role of a samurai navigating a vast and treacherous labyrinth, filled with Yokai inspired by traditional Japanese folklore. With a focus on strategic combat, players will need to master a variety of weapons. These include the katana, axe, and bow, which they can use all the while managing their limited resources. Moreover, forging relationships in the game will also go a long way in their journey.
