Jawbone sues Fitbit for plundering “critical trade secrets”


Fitbit, the top wearable maker in 2014 has just been sued by Jawbone for ‘plundering’ information. According to the lawsuit, Fitbit contacted a third of Jawbone’s employees which soon left the company to join Fitbit. And the worst part is, the employees stole some “critical trade secrets” before leaving Jawbone.
