Is this picture proof that Apollo will run on the Nokia Lumia 900?

PhoneArena has been sent a picture claimed to be a Windows Phone 8 "Apollo" developer build being tested on a cyan Nokia Lumia 900.

So far there is no certainty current generation Windows Phones will get the new OS, and many hints that it will not, so the picture, if true, would be very encouraging news to current Windows Phone 7 owners.

The picture shows a very Windows 8-type log-in screen, but nothing which really confirms or refutes its authenticity.

Unfortunately we will need more to really dispel all the doubts, but the single picture is hopefully just the start of a torrent of leaks on the new OS, expected to be officially unveiled at a Microsoft Developer Summit on the 21st June 2012.

Update: WindowsPhoneDaily just made the interesting observation that that device does not seem to have any buttons, and that screen does look very high res. Is it even the Nokia Lumia 900?
