Interview with Microsoft cancelled – no point

Unfortunately, due to the fact that at the same time HTC press conference is taking place (stay tuned, we will bring you photos and video from it!), we were forced to cancel our one-on-one interview with Microsoft. Note also, that:

— generally in all other interviews and videos one can notice that Microsoft employees are not not answering the really important questions at Mobile World Congress anyway, so it was not point going there and hearing only marketing pep talk. PLEASE UNDERSTAND: MICROSOFT IS NOT ANSWERING REALLY IMPORTANT QUESTIONS HERE IN BARCELONA AT ALL.

— the version of Windows Phone 7 Series that is running in phones at Mobile World Congress is an extremely early alpha version that is unstable (it is very often crashing connection with display) and it is not final.

— Microsoft employees generally indicate that more will be known about Windows Phone 7 Series at MIX event in USA next month. This MIX event however is for developers and we expect that SDK and emulators will be released then for this new OS version. In other words: no real questions answered here in Barcelona anyway as Microsoft employees are pointing out at MIX.

— we have for you 28 minutes long video with demonstration of Windows Phone 7 features (yeah, we know, yet another video) but this one is taken by our reporter and it also gives interview about features

— today (Tuesday) is our last day at Mobile World Congress 2010 and we will be walking around and trying to snatch photos  / videos of new Toshiba phones, to chat with SPB boys and generally looking around for Windows Mobile related stuff and booth babes.

Stay tuned! Our reporting from Mobile World Congress is not over yet and sorry for inconvenience.
