iFixit spotted a hilarious design fail in the Samsung Galaxy Fold

If we talk about folds, you will find two types of people, one who thinks foldable is the future and on the other hand there are people who say exactly the opposite. That’s common with every new technology. But the worst part is that none of us ever thought that the Samsung Galaxy Fold would carry these many problems with it. Even the pessimists didn’t expect these many issues that too from Samsung.

Samsung Galaxy Fold needs to fix yet another issue and to me, it’s the biggest design fail ever. As pointed out by iFixit, the Galaxy Fold has a bulge problem which is caused by deposition of debris.

If you have a Fold then take a look at the front of your display and you will notice a crease, at the bottom of which you will find a 7-nm gap between the screen and the edge of the smartphone, creating a safe route for the debris to enter which eventually lead to the development of the bulge on the screen.

Worse, as pointed out by iFixit, “the spine is flanked by massive gaps that our opening picks hop right into. These gaps are less likely to cause immediate screen damage but will definitely attract dirt.”
