So claims the Tribble ad agency, who note Hulu does not have permission to allow viewers from overseas, and that they have no way of selectively blocking Skyfire viewers just from overseas.
Tribble does on to suggest that this may be extremely damaging to the growth of Skyfire, who found the TV streaming site to be a major draw to the product.
This may result in a deal between Hulu and Skyfire to cooperate with blocking international viewers while still allowing US residents to enjoy the service.
Of course as an international viewer I have found for some months now Hulu does not work using Skyfire, so this theory may not hold water, but Tribble expects the situation to continue to evolve in the near future.
