FoneArena reports that the Huawei Ascend W3 may be announced at CES 2014 in Las Vegas in a few days time.

The successor to the W2 will have similar mid-range specs, but is expected to feature a thin aluminium chassis and may come with an HD screen.

The pictures above has been posted by CNBeta last year, and shows the handset will be available in Blue and Yellow.

The leaked image also bears the logo of China Mobile, and should therefore show up on that carrier. It is also however expected to show up on China Telecom and China Unicom and will support multiple LTE networks in the country.

It will run the GDR3 version of Windows Phone 8.

CNBeta then also reported that the company is working on a high end Windows Phone which is comparable in features to the Ascend D2, which features a 13 megapixel camera, 5 inch 1080P screen and 32 GB of storage. No release date for this handset is know  however.
