HTC Radar reviewed against the Nokia 701 Symbian Belle handset have published this review of the HTC Radar vs the Nokia 701. Ignoring the hardware features, the review actually gives us a look into why Nokia chose to jump ship to Windows Phone rather than stick with Symbian, including the updated Symbian Belle OS.

It is clear the Symbian Belle is simply an Android UI clone, with the same lag inherent in the OS, and manages stutters on the same 1 Ghz processor compared to the fast and smooth Mango OS on the HTC Radar.

The Nokia 701 will benefit from being mistaken for an Android handset at retail, but the HTC Radar is clearly the better device and OS, which is also what the reviewer concluded.
