HTC Mazaa a test bed, will never go on sale

According to Winrumors the 12 Megapixel HTC Mazaa, a dead ringer for the HTC 7 Trophy, is in fact not a production or even pre-production device.
Apparently like the Asus handset we are all familiar with seeing, the device will be confined (mostly) to the bowels of Microsoft as a test bed, and besides sporting a great camera, the device also features an updated CPU and will in due course replace the Asus handset for internal testing purposes.
Hopefully the device is still a bellwether for devices which feature a better than standard 5 megapixel camera, but for the moment we will have to be satisfied, like I am, with our existing HTC Trophys.
