HTC announces the HTC Touch pro 2 – the comeback of the Tilt


HTC has announced a new device at MWC which may rightly be called the HTC Universal 2 or even the HTC Tilt 2.

The device, which features a large 3.6 inch WVGA tilting screen and all the other mod-cons we have becomed accustomed to appears to be quite a powerhouse.  The full specs are:

  • Windows Mobile 6.1 Pro
  • 3G, quad-band edge
  • WiFi, GPS, FM Radio
  • Motion sensor
  • MicroSD (SD 2 Compatible)
  • 528MHz Qualcomm MSM7200
  • 512ROM/288 RAM
  • 3.6″ 480×800 WVGA screen
  • 4.57″ x 2.33″ x .68″, 6.17 oz
  • 1500 mAh Battery
  • 3.2 mp camera
  • It should be available in “early summer” worldwide.
