HP Pavilion Wave compact desktop PC now comes with Amazon Alexa

At CES 2018, HP announced the updated Pavilion Wave desktop PC with native Amazon Alexa integration. HP first introduced Pavilion Wave at IFA 2016 targeting customers who want a PC that can fit into small places, the new offering is a beautiful and compact design with the power of a full-sized desktop. The updated Pavilion Wave is now powered by 7th gen Intel processors and it is engineered for voice interactions with hands-free Amazon Alexa.

With its enhanced speakers and multiple microphones, it seamlessly integrates Amazon Alexa to let you set up reminders, control music, timers, alarms, smart home devices and more simply by asking while web browsing, working, or streaming content. Pavilion Wake now features a custom LED to indicate Alexa is listening.

HP worked with Intel and Amazon engineers to optimize Intel Smart Sound Technology to help deliver a hands-free experience, the 360-degree multi-directional reflective audio can hear voice commands from any angle.

HP Pavilion Wave is expected to ship with Amazon Alexa in Spring 2018 with a starting price at $549.99.
