Microsoft is currently in the process of revamping their Live services, and Ars Technica has posted on a development which will be of interest to all Windows Mobile users.
It appears Hotmail will soon support the Exchange Activesync protocol for e-mail synching, with the possibility of calendar and contact synching being included also.
That would make Microsoft’s Live ecosystem finally a real alternative to a hosted Exchange account.
Live Wave 4 should start rolling out in June.
