In a recent editorial the Verge has provided some detail to Stephen Elop’s statement that Nokia would have a flagship phone on each carrier.
They claimed AT&T would get the 41 megapixel EOS Pureview Lumia as an exclusive, while T-Mobile would get the svelte aluminium Catwalk phone.
Lastly Verizon would get the Nokia Lumia 928, code-named Laser.
T-Mobile’s handset will be arriving this summer, unfortunately details for the other handsets remain scant.
In their editorial The Verge makes the point that they would like to see further improvements to Windows Phone, such as changes on Notifications and Folders, for example, to accompany the improved Nokia hardware. I myself am relatively happy with Windows Phone as it is now.
