The Japan Times was there for the launch of Vaio’s new Windows 10 range, which included the Vaio Phone Biz, and posted this hands-on video.
The video confirms that the device is as sleek and attractive in real life as the photos from yesterday, but unfortunately the Continuum feature was not demonstrated.
The Vaio Phone Biz is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 617 processor(1.50GHz), 3GB RAM and 16GB internal storage. It also supports Windows 10 Mobile’s Continuum mode via Wireless only. Also, it features a 5.5-inch full HD display, 13MP rear and 5MP front camera. The device has got a sleek look with its aluminum build on the back and tempered glass on the front. It supports NTT Docomo’s LTE network in Japan with speed up to 225mbps.
The handset is being sold unlock, but will likely only be suitable for Japan’s networks, which is a pity given the real appeal of the all-metal device.
