Groove Music updated for Insiders with minor new feature

Groove Music

Microsoft is releasing a minor update for Groove Music app for the Windows Insiders in the Fast ring for PC, phone, and HoloLens. This v3.6.2501 update comes with a minor new feature that makes the app easier to use for those with very long play lists.

The changelog reads:

Did you already add that song to a playlist? Convenient alerts flag your duplicates

After a rocky start Groove is currently widely accepted to have become quite a polished piece of software and a credit to its development team, who have been very open to feedback. It is therefore good to see further user-centred improvements coming to the app, with the last major feature outstanding being support for scrobbling via Last.FM.

Insiders can download the update from Windows Store using the below link.
