Gran Turismo 7's May Update Brings Four New Cars and Expanded AI Racing

On May 15, 2025, Polyphony Digital released Gran Turismo 7 Update 1.59, introducing four new vehicles and expanding AI racing capabilities. The update adds the 2017 Ferrari 812 Superfast, 2001 Chevrolet Corvette Z06, 2012 Suzuki Carry KC, and 2021 Honda CR-V e:HEV EX Black Edition. Each car brings unique driving experiences, from the Ferrari’s V12 power to the Suzuki’s compact utility.

Three new World Circuit events accompany the vehicles: the Lightweight K-Cup at Eiger Nordwand featuring the Suzuki Carry, the American Clubman Cup 700 at Autódromo de Interlagos with the Corvette Z06, and the Ferrari Circuit Challenge at Deep Forest Raceway spotlighting the 812 Superfast.

The update also enhances the Gran Turismo Sophy AI, now available on the Circuit de Barcelona-Catalunya Grand Prix Layout, offering players more challenging races. Additionally, a new Scapes curation titled “Shooting the Perfect Square” has been added, allowing players to capture square-format photos with geometric backgrounds.Gran Turismo 7 Update 1.59 is available now, providing players with new vehicles, events, and AI enhancements to enrich their racing experience.
