The event introduced Gemini 2.5 Pro with a new “Deep Think” mode, enhancing its capabilities in complex reasoning and coding tasks. Google also unveiled “AI Mode” for Search, offering users AI-generated responses, though this feature has drawn criticism from publishers concerned about potential traffic loss .

In the realm of communication, Google rebranded Project Starline as “Beam,” enabling 3D video calls without the need for glasses. The company also debuted Android XR smart glasses, developed in collaboration with XReal and Samsung, which integrate real-time visual assistance and contextual information .

For developers, Google introduced “Stitch,” an AI-powered tool that transforms natural language prompts into UI designs and frontend code . Additionally, the company launched “Flow,” an AI-driven video editing application, and “Veo 3,” a tool for generating high-quality videos from text prompts.

To cater to different user needs, Google announced two new subscription tiers: “AI Pro” at $20 per month and “AI Ultra” at $250 per month, providing access to advanced AI tools and features .
