Google’s head of design Matias Duarte thinks Windows 10 is basically Windows XP in new flat skin. Matias tweeted out his experience after trying out Windows 10 on his new Surface Pro 4 device.

After his tweets started lots of conversations around design and usability, he clarified his tweets. Even though he liked Microsoft’s Windows 8 design, it seems he was disappointed to see Windows 10 going back in design.
